Hydraulic unit model U27.05.045.4
Purpose
Hydraulic unit model U27.05.045.4 is designed for individual drive of the working parts of the press machine for the production of brick by the non-firing method, with a special stress of 2050 kN of the model ПСКА-2050 (PSKA-2050). Hydraulic unit operates on pure mineral oil with viscosity of 21-260 mm2 / s at oil temperature of +10 ° C to +60 ° C and operating ambient temperature of +1 ° C to +45 ° C according to GOST 14066-68.
The cleanliness class of the working fluid is not lower than 12 according to GOST 17216-71. The nominal fineness of filtration is 25 μm. Recommended brands of oils: ВНИИ НП-103 GOST 16728-78, ИГП-18, ИГП-30, ИГП-38 ТУ3.810.1413.78.
The unit is used in the production of bricks on presses with a force of 250 ton-force.
