The plant has its own foundry facilities where casting is carried out:
- grey cast iron grades СЧ15, СЧ18, СЧ20, СЧ24, СЧ25, СЧ35;
- high-strength cast iron grades ВЧ45, ВЧ60. There is a possibility of isothermal treatment of high-strength cast iron.
- alloy cast iron of the ВЧХНМД brand;
- steel grades СТ20Л, СТ25Л, СТ35Л, СТ40Л, СТ45Л;
- alloy steel grades 35ХМЛ, 20ГЛ, 70ХЛ, СТ110ГЛ;
- casting of non-ferrous metals.
Casting is carried out in the ground and ХТС. It is possible to manufacture castings weighing from 0.150 to 1000 kg with a monthly volume of up to 150 tons.
In 2017, the foundry section was upgraded with the installation of new melting equipment, including GWJ0.45-500 induction furnaces and FLHB-50 closed-type cooling stations. The work done has expanded the production capabilities.
