Hydraulic unit model УСГ 600/800
Purpose
The hydraulic unit model УСГ-600/800 (USG 600/800) is for drive of the working bodies of two presses with plunger cylinders model OT-076 or K20.301.
The hydraulic unit is a tank on which two main pump units are mounted, providing all operating modes of the presses and an additional installation that supplies oil to the control line and to the pressure filter for cleaning.
The hydraulic unit operates on pure mineral oil with kinematic viscosity of 20-35mm2 / s at oil temperature of 15 ... 50 ° C and ambient temperature of 1 ... 45 ° C.
The cleanliness class of the working fluid is not lower than 12 according to GOST 17216-71. The nominal fineness of filtration is 25 μm.
Recommended brands of oils: ИГП-30, ИГП-38 ТУ.3.810.1413-78 ВНИИ НП-403 GOST 16728-78, industrial И-20А - И-40А according to GOST 20799-88.
