MODERNIZATION OF PRESSES
One of the important activities of the plant is to carry out major repairs of equipment with the necessary modernization to meet the technical characteristics of this equipment to the customer's specifications, including hydraulic presses with one hundred percent replacement of hydraulic drives and electrical components.
Our company has done a lot of work to modernize the production of asbestos and rubber products with the transfer of presses to individual hydraulic drives based on valve equipment, high-pressure pumps of its own manufacture, which are not inferior to foreign analogues at such enterprises as JSC "Fritex" (city of Yaroslavl), JSC "ARTI-Plant" (city of Tambov), PJSC "UralATI" (city of Yekaterinburg).
Currently, this work is being carried out with PJSC "Uralasbest" (сity of Asbestos), an overhaul of casing string presses for oil and gas well casing perforation was carried out for CJSC "Bashvzryvstroitekhnologii"(сity of Samara), LLC "Promperforator" (city of Chapayevsk).
For three years, work continues on the modernization of presses for "Legrand"group of companies (France), including for "Contactor" JSC (сity of Ulyanovsk).
