Application
Gear pumps of the Г11-22...25 type and pumping units of the БГ11-22...25 type are designed for injection under a nominal pressure of 2.5 MPa constant in size and direction of flow of mineral oil with a kinematic viscosity from 17 to 400 mm2/s at an oil temperature of 10 ... 55oC into the lubrication systems of machine tools and other stationary machines.
It is allowed to use pumps and pumping units in hydraulic systems. Oil systems must be equipped with filters with a nominal filtration fineness of no more than 40 microns, installed on the pressure or drain line.
Purity of the operating fluid is not less than class 13 according to GOST 17216-71. The direction of rotation of the pump drive shaft is right. By special order, the pumps can be manufactured with the left direction of rotation of the shaft. The pumps must only be driven through an elastic coupling.
